Wear it!

Some days insecurity gets the better of us. We feel fat, unloved and unworthy. Let me tell you, weight has no determination of your character. Your loveliness doesn’t come from the numbers on the scale or the size of your jeans. Fat is nothing to be ashamed of or feel unworthy of.

You are loved and worthy despite all those things.

Today you are going to put on your coat of many colors. Just like Joseph did. It was a symbol of the love his father, Jacob, had for him. So put on your coat. Maybe it’s a purse or socks. Whatever it is, put it on!

Remember God loves you for you. He created you special. He saw you in your mother’s womb and knit you together perfectly. He said you have been fearfully and wonderfully made.

Rip off the lies that Cling to you that you are not good enough or that you need to change to be loved and cared for. God loves you right where you’re at.

When you start in a game of comparison remember your coat of many colors. The coat God Gave you!

What does the rainbow stand for? A rainbow was God’s promise not to flood the world. So remember you’re coat is full of God’s promises to you. God always fulfills his promises.

Comparison is the thief of joy. Stop this insistent thoughts at the start. Say this is not a healthy thought. I am going to love myself where I’m at.
