In it to win it
Some days are extremely hard to get going and get productive.
Some days you feel like a failure or like you’re not doing enough.
Some days it’s okay to rest and take a mental health day. Those are the types of days where you can feel guilt free indulging in self care acts. Whether it’s taking a nice bath, playing your favorite video game or folding laundry while watching your favorite show in bed (yes folding laundry or doing something productive and helpful for your life is still self care).
But some days you can’t afford to have a rest day. Some days you have to get your sh*t together and do your work.
These are the days to practice discipline.
Discipline coincides with self control, one of the fruits of the spirit.
If you’re in it to win then you will have discipline for your goals.
In it to win it can go with a myriad of things, but it’s important for your goals and dreams to go for it. You are capable of doing hard things, new things and simple things.
You can do anything you put your mind and your work into.
You can’t do anything if you aren’t trying.
It’s important to just start. To go out and try. If you never try you won’t know what you are capable of.
If you’re in it to win it, then all you have to do is start with the next step.
It’s as simple as that. You got this!
