Enough
In movies you see the characters go through situations and have breakdowns but do they portray them in real ways? Would you really even want to see that? Some days you just break and you have enough. Enough of this life, this situation, This problem. How do you get out of that mindset? You are enough and that will help you get out of that hole.
Maybe you’ve had enough or you don’t feel like you’re enough. Which ever it is you can get through it. You will be okay. It’ll be okay. I’ve been through the ringer. I know what it feels like to lose hope and feel empty. Sometimes it’s the act of breaking that allows new light and new love in.
You don’t have to break to feel better sometimes that’s what initiates the healing. Crying is important and can help your body in several ways. One is it releases built up emotions. When your body becomes overwhelmed with emotion it releases the chemical compound of the feeling in your tears. SO that is why under microscopes tears of sadness, happiness, laughter, even onion tears look different because they are filled with different chemicals!
Talking to someone you care about is also helpful. Call someone wake your spouse up whatever you gotta do. If you can’t do that write it down. Get all the hurt out on paper. You can throw it away or keep it for later. It helps tremendously to get out what is in your mind.
Don’t forget how important eating and sleeping is. Eat and nap to reset your mind. If you can’t do that listen to relaxing music or go for a walk. Read your bible and praise God. These are all things that get your mind off or help you release steam on what you’re going through.
