    Blah days

    Blah days are those days you feel like crap or you just feel icky. We all get them. You’re not sick but you don’t want to do anything. It might be a day after you’ve been sick but isn’t necessarily. These days are the ones you look at yourself and think, “Where is my motivation?” “how am I supposed to do life today?” On blah days you have to extend yourself grace.
