    Recently, feelings of depression have hit me hard. There are a lot of different views on depression and anxiety. If people have told you that what you’re dealing with is not real or that you should think happy thoughts instead you are seen. I hear you.     Tylenol for the heartache

    Growing up my mom gave me Tylenol for everything. My head hurt? Tylenol. My knee hurt? Tylenol. Everything was fixed with Tylenol. Are there places in your life where you wish you could just take Tylenol to rid yourself of the pain for a little while? The last few days I’ve felt a lot of emotion. A lot of hurt, fear and sadness.     Now, I’m not talking about the type of surgery that comes from a heart attack, I’m talking about your heart of heart. The real deep part of you that feels and hurts and loves. Heart surgery can come by surprise. Sometimes you need it for past hurts or traumas that you have been dealing with unconsciously.     Fear v. Hope

    The difference between fear and hope is that fear is without love. You don’t feel fearful when you know you have someone who has your back with you. Struggles with anxiety are well known in this day and age.
